RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your custom boots will be handmade in San Angelo, Texas, just for you.  Since they are a custom product, there are no refunds on the custom boots.  If you order a standard sized boot, without a custom fit, we will re-make your boot in the correct size or make a fit adjustment to get the fit to be the best possible.  If the boots are a custom fit, most of the time we will get you a fantastic fit.  If you do have a fit issue, we can perform a multitude of adjustments to correct most issues, and will be happy to work with you to achieve the perfect fit.  Boots that have personalized brands or inlays may not be returned or re-made, but again, we can do many things to fix any fit issues that may arise.

LEAD TIME 

The normal lead time on your custom boots will be 4-5 months.  We do not guarantee the lead times, but will make every effort to meet your deadlines if we know about them.  During peak seasons, the boots may take a bit longer.

HOW SHOULD THEY FIT? 

Cowboy boots should normally fit snug, and you may even have to stand to pull them on.  Standing, positions your foot just right to slide into the boot.  It should require a slight tug to place the foot down into the boot.  The heel will slip some at first because the outsole and materials will be rather stiff.  This will improve as you wear your boots. 

OTHER STUFF

Please keep in mind that your boots will truly be a handmade product made with all natural materials.  There will be small idiosyncracies that enhance the artisitic nature of your boots, and should not be considered flaws.  You have purchased a product that was not stamped out in some factory, real people made them by hand in San Angelo, Texas!
