We will ship your boots via UPS when possible and will notify you before the boots are shipped. 

There are no returns on the custom boots, but we will be happy to work with you to achieve your perfect fit.  In the case that you ordered a standard sized boot, we will determine whether the boot needs to be re-made in a different size or width or whether a small adjustment will  alleviate your fit issue.  In the case of the custom fit boots, we will try to make any adjustments necessary to achieve your perfect fit, but they cannot be returned.
